For almost 25 years, developing and optimizing both supply chains and logistics centers, has been my great passion. My personal philosophy states that without a clear logistical blue print and people oriented focus, supply chains cannot be agile. Hence, acknowledging the ‘human element’ is of vital importance and cannot be underestimated. Furthermore, focusing on flexibility, durability, robustness and efficiency are key. Via an integral approach, inside-out design, pragmatism, continuity during the transition a long term supply chain success can be achieved. As an energetic project manager, I am able to connect people, create trust and design workable creative solutions.
