Districon, the Performance team, started working for Superunie to address suppliers on the basis of a weekly analysis of the ordered and delivered data of the 13 member suppliers in the event of a poor delivery performance. For this, a process has been set up, established and process improvements implemented. The performance team, consisting largely of Districonners, has led to an improvement of the delivery performance from various suppliers to the members. The activities are now part of the day-to-day activities of Superunie's Supply Chain Department.
