Certainly, as an interim professional you will get a lot of freedom to do things your way. There is plenty of room for initiative. You can work in different ways via Districon:

• ZZP: As an independent entrepreneur you work together with us for our client. You benefit from our extensive network, can rely on our knowledge organization and make use of our acquisition power. Independent but together.
• On contract basis: Depending on the project assignment you will receive a contract for a definite or indefinite period. You usually work on location with our clients, but you are never alone. You can always fall back on the knowledge and experience of your Districon colleagues.
